Balanced stay
great location clean rooms damp smell stale food
the location is great. it is right opposite the beach and just minutes from bars and restaurants. rooms are basic but clean! it was fine for a cheap getaway.
the air conditioning makes the room have a damp smell. it makes a weird clicking noise too. the food was the biggest let down! it is all the same most nights and not fresh.

excellent location beautiful beach helpful staff clean rooms
The hotel's location proved very convenient, placing me just steps away from the beautiful beach and local shops. Staff members provided excellent support after a minor injury. I appreciated the chefs accommodating food intolerances. The premises and hotel rooms maintained high cleanliness standards.
The absence of a fridge in the room made keeping milk fresh for tea difficult.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The manager was always available. They addressed any concerns promptly. The location is excellent. It is very close to both the beach and local shops.
The rooms show some wear and could use an update.

Fantastic Entertainment and Convenient Location
hardworking staff excellent location
The animation team was excellent. They provided daily activities such as archery and water polo. I found the staff very hardworking and friendly. The hotel's location is superb, providing easy access to the beach. The room was clean and spacious.
The requirement to pay 1 euro for a plastic cup and plate at the all-day buffet was unexpected (and a bit inconvenient).

The hotel staff provided prompt and helpful service, responding quickly to requests (especially at the reception). The cleaning service kept the rooms tidy, replacing towels daily . the service was very good.
